West Suburban Insurance is your downtown family insurance agency that began in Westmont, Illinois in 1974. We enjoy meeting our clients personally, but we are also available by phone or email, if that is easier.  Our priority is to assist you with your personal, business, life and health insurance needs.

Mike McNett joined West Suburban in May 2023 and brings his knowledge of commercial lines insurance to the Agency.  Prior to becoming an Agent in 2011 Mike was the owner of a Fire & Water Restoration company for over 20+ years.  Mike has an astute business mind from the contractor’s perspective and has relationships with Restoration Contractors across the country.  Whether it’s a local roofing, plumbing, electrical or landscape company or a General Contractor outside of IL Mike has access to commercial carriers in every state to help manage the risk for contractors.

Zoe McNett joined the agency in 2023 and supports commercial lines business clients by assisting with new applications, certificates, endorsements and renewals.

Amanda Alikpala joined the agency in 2025 as the personal lines manager and took over as the commercial lines manager as well shortly after joining the team. Amanda’s years of experience enable her to help WSI clients with their personal and business insurance.
